Florida Judge Rules Against ObamaCare

Monday U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson ruled that Obama’s health care law was unconstitutional. According to this AP piece Vinson ruled that Congress overstepped its authority in requiring citizens to carry health insurance.

Okay, if that’s true, does that mean I don’t have to have liability insurance on my car? Isn’t that the same thing?
